Do custom jackets cost more than those on the site?
YES! Custom orders require customized patterns and that takes more time and creativity.
Cost will be determined with that in mind plus any additional supplies needed to create your own personalized vision.

How is size measured?
When measuring, use a cloth tape not metal.
BUST: Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust and wrap it around your body to get the measurement, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. This is an important measurement.
WAIST: To measure your “natural waist,” find the narrowest part of your waist, located above your belly button and below your rib cage. Measure loosely. NOTE: Most denim jackets are NOT fitted at the waist.
HIPS: Stand with your legs together and measure the fullest part of your hips. Be sure to go over your buttocks as well. Do this in front of a mirror or have a friend help you so you get an accurate measurement.
SLEEVE: With arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from center back neck, over point of shoulder, down the outside of the arm to the wrist. Average sleeve measurements for women fall between 29 and 31 inches.

Can it be customized?
One to two weeks is our regular schedule. However, please allow for a longer fabrication time during the holidays.
How long does it take to get my jacket?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
What are my payment options?
Yes. We charge New Jersey Sales tax since we are a NJ LLC. It’s the law.
Will my purchase be taxed?
We do not accept returns. Jackets are custom made to order. Under very special circumstances we will issue a site credit.
What is the return policy?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
Is my personal information secure?
All merchandise is shipped via UPS.
How will my order be shipped?
We charge a flat fee of $10. Per order for shipping.
What are you shipping fees?
When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.
Will I receive an order confirmation notice?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. You will be able to track it online.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Yes. We will advise of carrier info at the time your order is shipped.
